- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and LTV
- Creative Performance Feedback Loops
- Analyse ad performance to identify what’s working and what’s not, then brief creatives with clear, data-driven direction
- Suggest new formats and iterations based on research and testing, and establish reporting systems that ensure the creative team is continuously optimising output for maximum impact
- Brief the team to experiment with formats, hooks, and messaging to find scalable, repeatable winners
- Drive the balance between speed and quality - rapid testing without wasting spend
- Data & Decision Making
- Monitor daily performance and make quick, data-led calls
- Own channel reporting - know the numbers and share clear, actionable insights
- Spot trends early and react before the competition
- Budget Ownership
- Manage budgets to hit growth targets while protecting efficiency
- Reallocate spend dynamically based on performance

- Capable of leading media buying strategy while executing it yourself
- Thrives in fast, high-tempo environments; loves the pace, not afraid of it
- Experience in subscription/DTC growth
- Strong grasp of attribution and incrementality
- Experience with CRO and landing page testing
