What you will do:
  • Deliver technical expertise in building maintenance and surveying, including preparing specifications, supervising works, and contributing to the Asset Management Plan.
  • Provide specialist input on domestic gas heating, electrical services, damp, timber infestations, and structural defects.
  • Manage and monitor maintenance contracts, planned works, and specialist programmes.
  • Carry out stock condition surveys and support the development of investment strategies.
  • Perform professional estimating and quantity surveying duties from initial documentation to final account agreement.
  • Collaborate with your team and deputise for colleagues as needed across Mechanical, Electrical, Compliance, and Specialist Services functions.
