We are currently seeking two enthusiastic and resilient Learning and Behaviour Mentors who have experience of working with young people with complex needs.The Learning and Behaviour Mentor plays a key role in addressing the barriers to learning for our students, either working 1:1 or with a targeted group of pupils in order to enable them to achieve their full potential. Through innovative, creative and professional practice, you will be able to engage our young people and inspire them to learn new skills and develop their self-esteem.
