Customer Experience & Sales
” Deliver an exceptional, personalized experience to every customer-whether in-store, online, or over the phone.
” Guide customers through their journey from browsing to aftercare, ensuring they feel valued and supported at every step.
” Manage communication, sales processing, and fulfilment with efficiency and flair.
” Build lasting relationships with new and returning customers.
” Track and achieve sales and service goals.
Optical Dispensing
” Help customers choose frames and lenses that match their style, lifestyle, and prescription needs.
” Take accurate optical measurements with precision and professionalism.
” Provide expert advice with warmth and confidence.
Store Presentation & Operations
” Open and close the store, ensuring all security and operational procedures are followed.
” Keep the retail space clean, stylish, and perfectly on-brand.
” Manage stock, visual merchandising, and general admin tasks.
” Support order management and inventory control.What We’re Looking For
” Experience in optical sales or dispensing (minimum 1 year preferred).
” A passion for sustainability and ethical retail.
” A friendly, proactive attitude with great communication skills-both written and spoken.
” Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and systems.
” Highly organised, detail-oriented, and motivated by targets and growth.
” A natural team player with a flexible, can-do mindset.
” Weekend availability is essential (must be able to work either Saturday or Sunday).What You’ll Get in Return
