Location : Bale & Anchor - Lewisham, United Kingdom Role overviewThe Lettings Negotiator is a crucial position within our busy lettings team and we're looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic and motivated team player to join us! You'll focus on delivering exceptional customer service, whilst continuing to build long lasting relationships with our landlords and tenants.This is a 12 month fixed term contract, working 40 hours between the days of Monday to Sunday.What do we offer?

What will you do?
  • Conduct apartment viewings
  • Register and effectively qualify applicant enquiries in person, over the telephone and via email
  • Be the main point of contact for landlords, giving them general feedback on the market and the viewings conducted
  • Conduct proactive and efficient applicant management
  • Negotiate with all parties on offers received and successfully agree a let
  • Follow the lettings process through to completion in an efficient manner
  • Keep all systems up to date
  • Follow all legislation and company policies
  • Target new business to grow the lettings portfolio via contacts and our existing urbanbubble portfolio
  • Conduct lettings market appraisals
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements are met
What are we looking for?
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a Lettings Negotiator role
  • Full, UK clean driving licence with access to a car
  • Great negotiation skills
  • Ability to work towards targets and objectives
  • Knowledge of relevant Lettings and Estate Agency Acts
  • ARLA / IRPM qualification is desirable
