Manufacturing Team LeaderLocation : Liverpool, L34Job type: PermanentHours: 4 on, 4 off (2 days, 2 nights)Salary: £33,600 per annumAre you an experienced Team Leader with a background in FMCG or food production? Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business that supplies into exciting sectors such as bakery, confectionery, beverages, and nutrition.We're looking for someone who can bring strong people management skills, a focus on quality, and the drive to keep operations running smoothly day to day.What you'll be doing:Leading and supporting a production team to meet daily targetsEnsuring quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently achievedDelegating tasks effectively across the packing line and monitoring efficiencyChecking weights, codes, and packaging to guarantee accuracy and complianceMinimising waste and downtime while driving continuous improvementKeeping accurate production records and ensuring all documentation is completedActing as the point of contact in the Shift Manager's absenceWhat we're looking for:Previous supervisory or team leader experience in FMCG (ideally food manufacturing)A solid understanding of health & safety and hygiene complianceGCSEs (or equivalent) in English & MathsConfident leadership skills with a hands-on approachDesirable (but not essential):FLT Counterbalance licenceLean manufacturing knowledgeFood-related qualifications or further studyWhy join?Work for a successful, expanding business with strong valuesBe part of a supportive and collaborative team cultureOpportunities for training, development, and career progressionTo apply for this position, please submit your CV via the Apply Now button or contact Shannon Bunch on shannon.bunch@hawk-3.com
