The Scrum Master is part of the delivery team and is responsible for the quality and optimisation of software development and technical delivery. You’ll be ensuring that the planned releases are appropriately tested, delivered to the release timeline whilst meeting quality expectations and protecting the integrity of the live environments.You’ll lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Daily Scrums, Refinements, Retrospectives) and optimise the backlog and the squad’s throughput. You’ll play a key role in resolving blockers and managing risks, issues, and interdependencies, fostering a collaborative, conflict-free environment. You’ll manage internal and external relationships for delivery teams and align releases with product and delivery managers, stakeholders, and project timelines.About youAs a ServiceNow Scrum Master, you’ll have a passion for energising and inspiring people to work collaboratively to deliver solutions, demonstrating excellent teamwork. You thrive off providing excellent customer service, and you enjoy using your stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to both lead and work as part of a team.To join the team, you must also have:
- Experience of stakeholder management at all levels
- Clear and concise verbal communication skills
- Understanding of Agile development principles
- Experienced with ITIL methodology (Desirable)
- Experienced with ServiceNow development (Essential)
- Salary £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
