Vehicle Prepper – Belgium (Freelance / Limited Company)Location: Belgium – multiple sites
Rate: €27.00 – €30.00 per hour (£23.00 - £26.00 per hour) - depending on experience
Contract Type: Self-employed / Limited Company (PSC) contractors preferred – alternative solutions can be discussed
Start Date: ASAPAbout the RoleWe are looking for experienced Vehicle Preppers to join our client’s busy automotive workshop network in Belgium. This is a great opportunity for skilled professionals to work on a variety of vehicles in a high-standard, well-equipped environment.What’s on Offer
  • €27.00 – €30.00 per hour, paid promptly. (£23.00 - £26.00 per hour)
  • Long-term contract opportunities.
  • Support with paperwork (A1, Limosa) and relocation guidance if required.
  • Work with a reputable automotive group with modern facilities.

  • Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
  • Ensure all surfaces are prepped to the required standard before paint application.
  • Carry out small repairs and filler work where necessary.
  • Work to agreed deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Follow workshop health & safety and operational procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Prepper in a bodyshop or accident repair environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Own tools and equipment preferred.
  • Full UK/EU driving licence.
  • Eligible to work in Belgium – A1 form and Limosa notification required (we will advise on this).
