Our client lives in her own adapted property, and requires support on a 24/7 basis, on a rolling rota.What you'll be working:Average of 24 hours per week (Additional hours available when required)Pay rates:Week day- day rate-£13 phWeek day- sleep-£97.68 flat rateWeekend- day rate-£14.89 phWeekend- sleep-£116.19 flat rateWhat you'll be doing:

Promote, monitor and maintain health, safety and security in the workplace.
Promote effective communication and relationships.
Contributes to the protection of individuals from abuse.
Enable clients to maintain their personal hygiene and appearance.
Enable clients to participate in recreation and leisure activities.
To establish and maintain a trusting, therapeutic, working relationship
To be responsible for the client's personal welfare
To supervise personal care for the client; this will include personal hygiene
To supervise activities in line with the care plan guidelines
To contribute to all household duties including, cooking, cleaning, dusting, washing and ironing clothes
To travel to hospitals or elsewhere for therapeutic care
To travel for social or other activities
To liaise with other agencies
To complete daily records as advised including time sheets, critical incidents, petty cash.
Attend review meetings with the employer and other persons as nominated by the employer
To attend training sessions/complete online training as arranged

What you'll have:

Full UK Driving Licence is essential
Full training is provided
