  • Oversee compliance across gas safety, EICRs, fire risk, EPCs, and HMO licensing
  • Coordinate inspections, remedial works, and contractor performance
  • Monitor incidents, complaints, and support audits and governance
  • Promote safeguarding and data protection best practices
What You’ll Bring:
  • Background in compliance, FM, or health & safety (housing/local authority a plus)
  • Knowledge of key safety regulations (Fire, Gas, Electrical, HMO, etc.)
  • Familiarity with GDPR, safeguarding, and reporting systems
  • IOSH/NEBOSH or similar (desirable)
