The team acts for a mix of household names, private equity-owned businesses, and fast-scaling entrepreneurial companies. The work is broad and high-quality - from commercial contract disputes and shareholder fallouts to reputation management and advisory matters. There's also the flexibility to refine your focus as your practice evolves. There's a strong emphasis on building long-term client relationships and supporting Associates to develop commercial instincts alongside technical expertise. You'll be encouraged to get involved in client work early, with autonomy to run matters where appropriate and support from Partners who are genuinely hands-on.
