The Finance Admin Coordinator will oversee financial and administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the Accounting & Finance department in a not-for-profit setting. This permanent role is based in Llanelli and offers an opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause on a Part-Time basis.
  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in budget monitoring and ensure compliance with financial policies.
  • Maintain accurate and organised financial records and documentation.
  • Handle administrative duties, including correspondence and scheduling related to finance.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth departmental operations.
  • Provide assistance during audits and support the implementation of recommendations.
  • Respond to financial queries and provide information as needed.

  • Part-time hours: 27.5hrs a week (flexible)
  • The full-time equivalent salary for this role is £33,258 per annum.
  • The final salary will be pro-rated in accordance with the contracted part-time hours.
