
Finance Coordinator

- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Support the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in budget monitoring and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Maintain accurate and organised financial records and documentation.
- Handle administrative duties, including correspondence and scheduling related to finance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Provide assistance during audits and support the implementation of recommendations.
- Respond to financial queries and provide information as needed.
- A solid understanding of finance and administrative processes.
- Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector is desirable but not required.
- Part-time hours: 27.5hrs a week (flexible)
- The full-time equivalent salary for this role is £33,258 per annum.
- The final salary will be pro-rated in accordance with the contracted part-time hours.
