- Experience in a Service Desk or similar environment
- Experience dealing with direct customers either by face to face or over phone
- Some degree of IT experience in account or system admin
- Experience with windows suite & Microsoft office etc
- Handling calls from Health Service staff
- Transcribing calls to ticket form with a high degree of accuracy to a number of resolver groups
- Achieving a degree of first line fix for known issues, provide technical expertise, feedback and guidance to customers
- Operating in an iso20000 aligned environment
- Liaise with customers to acquire the necessary details regarding logged incidents
