  • Experience in a Service Desk or similar environment
  • Experience dealing with direct customers either by face to face or over phone
  • Some degree of IT experience in account or system admin
  • Experience with windows suite & Microsoft office etc
Job summary
  • Handling calls from Health Service staff
  • Transcribing calls to ticket form with a high degree of accuracy to a number of resolver groups
  • Achieving a degree of first line fix for known issues, provide technical expertise, feedback and guidance to customers
  • Operating in an iso20000 aligned environment
  • Liaise with customers to acquire the necessary details regarding logged incidents
