- Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and plans in alignment with the company’s global goals.
- Lead and run multiple global programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including quality, operations, to achieve program objectives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with collaborators, including customers, partners, and internal team members.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present regular program status reports to senior management and other collaborators.
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the program team.
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects at the sites
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers, customers, and collaborators.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on global or multinational programs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage collaborators at all levels.

- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
