- 3-6 years' PQE, with relevant Infrastructure and Projects experience
- A strong track record advising on major infrastructure or energy projects, particularly involving public-private partnerships (PPP/PFI), project finance structures and public procurement regimes
- Experience acting for public sector clients, sponsors, or funders in relation to the development, delivery and financing of infrastructure assets
- An excellent grasp of commercial contracts relevant to infrastructure and energy developments
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to understand clients' objectives and manage risk
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with the confidence to lead client calls and meetings
- The ability to manage a complex and varied caseload independently while supporting and mentoring junior team members
- A collaborative and collegiate approach, with the ability to build strong internal and client relationships
- Exceptional organisation and project management skills, with a commitment to delivering high standards under pressure
