This full-time role involves working closely with pupils who have a range of complex needs, including autism, communication difficulties, sensory processing disorders, and physical or medical needs.Key Responsibilities:Provide tailored support to individual pupils or small groups with complex SENImplement EHCP targets and adapt activities to meet diverse learning needsSupport with personal care, feeding, and mobility where necessaryWork collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staffFoster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environmentCommunicate effectively with parents, carers, and external agenciesWhat We’re Looking For:Previous experience working with children with complex SEN (essential)A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to behaviour and learningStrong communication and teamwork skillsFlexibility, initiative, and a positive attitudeRelevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, Team Teach, or similar) are desirableWe Offer:A supportive and welcoming team environmentOngoing training and professional developmentOpportunities to work closely with a multidisciplinary team
