- Hands-on experience working with children facing a range of social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ADHD, communication needs, Down syndrome, and speech and language difficulties.
- The opportunity to work alongside a dedicated clinical team, giving you real-world exposure to multi-disciplinary support systems.
- A stepping stone into roles such as Educational Psychology, Mental Health Support Work, Youth Offending, or Counselling.
- A degree in Psychology, Criminology, Education, or a related field - or experience supporting children with SEN.
- A strong interest in mental health, autism, SEMH, and inclusive education.
- An understanding of behavioural needs and emotional regulation.
- The ability to travel to Cambridge daily.
