Main duties:Achieve and maintain certification for fire door repair maintenance tasksTo deliver H&S compliance at all times to protect themselves, colleagues and othersTo deliver a high standard of work at all times within expected timescales and to expected standardsThe ideal candidate would have a background in facilities management, a trade scheme or served experience.To communicate all relevant details to the client, planning team or Team leaders in a timely mannerAttending stakeholder meetings to discuss the safe system of work to be implemented assisting in the development of the scope of worksTo comprehend and comply with all company policies and proceduresTo carry out any reactive, PPM or project duties when instructed by helpdesk and supervisor.Ad Hoc Duties but not exclusive to painting , plastering, and patch repairsIdentify areas for additional works within and out of the specified contractual requirements and report these promptly to Team leader or line management to discuss possible optionsQualifications:Time served Joiner.Fire Door maintenance & Installation qualification favourableBuilding Services qualifications.IOSH Working Safely certificateFull clean driving licenseWorking in a healthcare environment preferable#EngGen
