You will be responsible for holding and managing a caseload of children who are under the care of the Local Authority. - Collaborate with foster carers, residential staff, and semi-support living providers to ensure the best outcomes for children.
- Conduct assessments and reviews to monitor the progress and well-being of children.
- Develop and implement care plans in partnership with children, families, and other agencies.
