- Deliver engaging operator training nationwide across multiple asset types
- Support client onboarding and ensure safe, confident use of equipment
- Create and update clear training materials, guides, and assessments
- Promote best practices and reduce misuse or downtime through instruction
- Stay up to date with a variety of manufacturers' procedures and innovations
You'll be an excellent communicator who's confident leading training sessions and adapting to different learning styles. You're equally comfortable working one-to-one or with groups, and you know how to make operational training practical and engaging.
- Proven experience delivering training to drivers or operators in a vehicle or equipment-based role
- Strong understanding of operational vehicles or mobile equipment
- Full UK C+ driving licence
- Comfortable with extensive UK travel, including early starts and overnight stays
- Advantageous: formal instructional qualifications or experience with sweepers, tankers or jetting vehicles
