They are dedicated to fostering student success and offer excellent professional development opportunities for their teachers.Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons across the curriculum, creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and supporting student progress. You will work collaboratively with a supportive and dedicated team of teachers and contribute to the overall success of the school. You will also have opportunities for professional development and growth within the school.Main tasks include
  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student success.
  • Assess student learning and provide regular feedback to support progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support student learning.
  • Participate in school events and activities.
Requirements
  • Must have a relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
  • Must have experience teaching secondary school students.
  • Must have a passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
  • Commitment to professional development.
  • A willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
