You will take ownership of a high-quality caseload, contribute to the strategic growth of the Commercial Property department and be supported on a clear path to becoming Head of Department and Partner.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload including sales and acquisitions, commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, property finance and development work
- Deliver commercially focused legal advice to a broad client base, including SMEs and developers
- Lead business development initiatives and expand the department’s profile
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative culture
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape the department’s future
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in commercial property law
- Strong technical expertise across all aspects of commercial property
- Proven ability to manage caseloads and build lasting client relationships
- Commercially minded with a passion for business development
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ambitious, proactive and ready to make a lasting impact
- Must be able to work from the Horsham office part of the week to support team collaboration
