Location: Adhoc Travel to Burgess Hill and travel to client sites covering West Midlands and WalesWhat You'll Do:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth implementations of our clients products from tender award to completion. You will be responsible for:
- Effective Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure project alignment and success.
- Project Governance: Develop, communicate, and uphold project governance to deliver high-quality implementations.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks while proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track.
- Collaborative Planning: Work closely with the Associate Project Manager to implement consistent project management methodologies and ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Collaborating with stakeholders during the pre-tender phase to support solution design.
- Coordinating project planning, including floor plan sign-off and Gantt chart production.
- Managing customer relationships and providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Overseeing solution implementation, monitoring construction progress, and resolving any issues that arise.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification.
- Project Management Certification (e.g., Prince2 Practitioner).
- Proven experience in writing high-quality Client Proposals and Statements of Work.
- Strong presales and commercial acumen.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
- A collaborative mindset with a knack for teamwork and inspiring others.
- A track record of managing customer relationships effectively.
