- Strategy - oversee and implement a comprehensive B2B digital marketing strategy to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Website - lead the development and build of our new website and SEO strategy, managing external agency partner outputs. Manage communications to and input from key stakeholders, ensuring project is aligned to strategic vision and delivered on time and within budget.
- Social media - Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI develop and oversee paid and organic social media strategies on LinkedIn to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Analytics and Reporting - determine metrics and monitor KPIs using data-driven insights to continually optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Budget management - determine allocation of digital marketing budget across best performing channels and external agency partners to optimise ROI
- Team management - manage and mentor digital marketing executive, allocating responsibilities and overseeing their work. Support digital developer with workload. Run weekly team meetings.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage AI platforms and digital tools to create efficiencies and optimise our digital marketing processes.
- Experience of leading digital marketing strategy for B2B organisation, ideally from technology, SaaS, data analytics or media sectors
- Experience of managing website build and development, optimising user experience, increasing engagement and conversion
- Demonstrable experience of managing SEO, LinkedIn advertising (paid and organic), lead generation and CRM
- Expertise in GA4, Salesforce
- Strong analytics and creative thinking
- Digital marketing qualification desirable
