Yard Operator

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00 (1-hour unpaid break)Requirements:
- Previous experience in a yard, cleaning, or labouring role is desirable
- Physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor environments
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good timekeeping and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Candidates outside of Moreton-in-Marsh must have own transport
- Must have a proficient level of English
- Cleaning and jet-washing temporary modular units (inside and outside)
- Carrying out basic repairs and maintenance as needed
- Keeping the yard area clean, organised, and safe
- Ensuring all units are prepared to company and customer standards
- Following all health and safety protocols at all times
- Working efficiently to meet daily targets and schedules
- £12.21 per hour, paid weekly or Monthly
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (weekends off)
- 1-hour unpaid break each day
- Ongoing support and training
