💰 Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)
🕘 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, with occasional support required for events on weekends or bank holidays

- Manage and grow a personal portfolio of clients, building trust and delivering a high standard of customer care.
- Conduct client reviews (both remotely and face-to-face), ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Deliver clear, timely follow-up after meetings-processing changes, generating quotes, and completing admin tasks efficiently.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients to resolve queries and strengthen ongoing relationships.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within your client base to support the agency's growth.
- Represent the business at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to generate new leads.
- Accurately record all client interactions and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
- Uphold the company's values of trust, integrity, and service excellence in every interaction.
- Support additional projects or duties as required to enhance customer experience and contribute to wider business objectives.
- Previous experience in insurance is essential
- Proven success in delivering excellent service and maintaining client relationships
- Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
- Outstanding attention to detail and well-organised
- Confident with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Strong numeracy and problem-solving abilities
- Able to manage workloads independently and remain calm under pressure
