  • Engage in home visits, providing occupational therapy in a community setting to enhance everyday living.
  • Offer advice and guidance to families and caregivers, ensuring ongoing support and positive rehabilitation.
  • Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on client progress, ensuring the highest quality of care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with HCPC regulations.
