- Deliver a range of inclusive and creative programmes, activities and events for a diverse range of audiences from schools to families and communities
- Collaborate with a range of colleagues to ensure effective operational planning and delivery of events and activities
- Animate across online, on-site and community spaces offering creative engagement and participatory experiences for established and new audiences and communities
- Supervise and support freelance staff and volunteers involved in the delivery of programmes and events, when appropriate
- Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of programmes, to ensure they meet visitor needs and operational requirements
- Experience of working in either a museum, gallery, learning organisation, cultural sector or visitor attraction
- Ability to plan and schedule effectively
- Ability to demonstrate an exceptional standard of customer service through well-established and effective communication skills
- ICT skills in Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel and Outlook
- Experience of using digital technology to devise and/or deliver engaging experiences for a range of audiences.
