– Working on a range of Litigated files from inception to completion as part of a busy team of Solicitors.
– Working on Recoveries, Disputes, and General Litigated matters.
– Adhere to court timeframes for filing of documents, supports by the use of Proclaim case management systems.
– Handling mediations between group companies and their clients.
– Maximising litigation recoveries.
– Renegotiating contracts to support client retention.
– Maintaining strategic relationships with litigation partners.The Ideal Litigation Solicitor needs:
– NQ – 3 Years Litigation exposure.
– Be commercially minded and able to work as part of a dynamic team.
– Key focus on client care.
