Closing Date for applications: 12th SeptemberIT Environment & Release Analyst: We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our newly established IT Environment Management function as an IT Environment & Release Analyst. This is a pivotal role where you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our non-production environments are well-managed, fit for purpose, and ready when needed.
You'll be at the heart of environment coordination, working with infrastructure, application, and testing teams, as well as third-party service providers. - Coordinating with internal IT teams (Infrastructure, Application, Testing) to build and manage environments.
- Liaising with third-party service providers to ensure seamless integration of services.
- Scheduling and managing environment usage and configuration to meet project timelines.
- Ensuring environments are maintained in line with Environment Management standards.
- Supporting code deployments, environment refreshes, and issue resolution.
- Maintaining a comprehensive Environment Database (components, usage, status).
- Producing clear and accurate environment-related documentation.
- Experience coordinating technical work across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage technical information.
- Solid understanding of application and infrastructure components.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and networking concepts.
- Background in IT service management or similar roles.
- Analytical mindset with a knack for solving problems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
