- Manage and execute the end-to-end employee lifecycle, collaborating with People Ops and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions at every stage.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, addressing HR-related queries and providing timely guidance.
- Resolve employee relations concerns, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards, and escalating complex issues when needed.
- Monitor People Analytics to track trends related to employee engagement, turnover, and performance, helping the business make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to managers based on data, supporting strategic workforce planning and business needs.
- Advise and coach managers on performance management, employee development, team dynamics, absence management, grievances, disciplinaries, and dispute resolution, ensuring they have the right tools and guidance to lead effectively. Foster a positive work culture by driving initiatives that enhance employee experience, well-being, and career development.
- Partner with the Payroll & Rewards Manager to oversee benefits programs and handle first-level employee queries.
- Manage and communicate regional benefits and policies, ensuring employees are aware of available programs and resources.
- Ensure compliance with UK labor laws, minimizing legal risks by collaborating with internal Legal & Compliance teams and external advisors.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for employment law, benefits, and policies in the UK
- Manage visa and immigration matters in partnership with external providers, ensuring compliance with UK regulations.
- Keep policies and processes updated to reflect best practices and legal requirements
- Seek continuous improvements in People policies and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure employees are kept informed through regular updates on the Employee Intranet.
- Participate in People Team projects, contributing to initiatives that improve the overall People experience at Kpler.
- Stay up to date with the latest HR trends and legal changes, ensuring best practices are implemented.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or other relevant fields
- +5 years of professional experience in a People / Human Resources function
- Experience supporting front-line, mid-level, and executive leaders is a plus
- Based in London or within a 20km radius
- Thorough knowledge of benefits and labor laws in the UK - experience dealing with complex employee matters and scaling people operations is an asset
- Proven experience in building and implementing new policies
- Organised, proactive with attention to detail and a data-driven mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, global and remote environments
