A lovely family in Camden Town, London is looking for a Part time Nanny-Housekeeper to assist them in looking after their charming toddler and school-aged child while maintaining the cleanliness of their property. This position is perfect for someone who is fun, engaging, and able to balance childcare and household tasks effectively. The candidate should be able to teach basic alphabet/phonics, write simple numbers and read books with the younger child. The family has a cleaner once a week who does deep cleaning so the role will be just general upkeep of the home. The nanny-housekeeper must also help in preparing meals when needed. Someone pet-friendly is ideal since the family has a dog at home.Someone who could speak French or Spanish languages would be a bonus but they can consider English-speakers. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.Working hours: Monday to Friday from 2:00/3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, around 20 to 25 hours per weekDuties include:
  • assisting with bath time routine
  • dressing the children
  • feeding them
  • cleaning them up after every meal
  • taking them to playdates
  • preparing various age-appropriate activities
  • playing with them
  • helping the other children with homework
  • making sure they are always happy and safe
  • changing nappies and helping the little one with potty/toilet training
  • teaching general life skills, such as basic hygiene and manners
  • take care of the household
  • cooking for the family
  • making sure the toilet and bathroom are clean
  • doing the grocery shopping and errands
  • organising cupboards and changing bedsheets
