Excellent facilities, friendly staff, and good transport links make this an ideal setting for passionate education professionals.About the Role – What You’ll Be Doing:As an Individual Needs Assistant, you will be providing 1:1 or small group support to children who require additional help with learning, emotional regulation, or behaviour. Your role will be instrumental in helping pupils engage confidently in the classroom and feel included in all aspects of school life.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting children with special educational needs to access learning activities and the wider curriculumAssisting with emotional regulation and helping to develop positive behaviour strategiesEncouraging independence and boosting pupils’ self-esteem and confidenceCollaborating closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement and adapt support plansProviding consistent and nurturing support throughout the school day, including at breaktimes and during enrichment activities such as Beach SchoolWhat We’re Looking For:Experience working with children with additional needs, or a relevant
