If you are passionate about helping students thrive and are available to begin work right away, we want to hear from you.The Role:As a Teaching Assistant in Formby, you will be a vital part of the school community, providing crucial support to both students and teachers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Working with students on a one-on-one basis or in small groups to provide targeted support.
- Assisting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with Autism (ASD) and challenging behavior.
- Helping to manage classroom behavior and ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Assisting with the preparation of learning materials.
- Competitive Pay: A fantastic hourly rate of £13.68 - £14.00 (PAYE).
