We are seeking professionals with a minimum of five years’ experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or Talent Management who are ready to step into a flexible, purpose-led role.
This independent contractor role combines leadership education, digital outreach, and professional growth. It is designed for those who want autonomy while still being part of a supportive, global team.

Experience Required
Key responsibilities include engaging individuals interested in leadership education and professional growth, building professional connections through digital outreach, applying strategic marketing techniques to expand visibility
Managing CRM records and performance metrics, and taking part in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership activities.

The ideal person is a confident communicator with a people-centred approach, self-motivated and organised, able to work independently.
