They enhance the customer experience through smarter, simpler solutions, enabling the business to operate efficiently, growing innovation by collaborating and experimenting, driving the transformation agenda. This is an exciting time to join the team as we continue to help drive forward the Firm's technological and knowledge strategies as part of a product facing organisation approach, working closely with the Lawyers, Knowledge Lawyers (KLs), the Risk & Compliance teams and the wider business.The RoleThe purpose of this role is to work as part of a highly skilled collaborative team and support the delivery of legal tech services to the firm and to deliver against our technology and knowledge initiatives. You will play a crucial role in streamlining document creation processes and improving efficiency across the firm. This role will report into the Product team for the Practice of Law and will be responsible for the support and development across a range of products.
This role will suit a candidate who has a clear passion for technology and wants to support a wide portfolio of legal tech tools. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to experiment with technology and who will proactively try and solve technical challenges whilst continuously learning and upskilling themselves.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:
  • Support knowledge and technology transformation by collaborating closely with lawyers, knowledge lawyers and the wider business to help enable Mishcon to deliver exceptional client experiences through improved efficiency.
  • Collaborate on document automation initiatives by maintaining and improving automations using Contract Express software, conducting testing, and providing troubleshooting support to colleagues.
  • Assist with complex data solutions including creating HighQ Collaborate data rooms using platform capabilities and integrations and supporting e-bundling using Bundledocs.
  • Maintain intranet and knowledge systems by updating SharePoint intranet pages, creating new pages for content managers, and working with KLs to develop solutions for collating and surfacing knowledge collections.
  • Contribute to emerging technology initiatives by assisting with use cases of Generative and Extractive AI tools.
  • Provide administration support across the technology portfolio including Contract Express, HighQ Collaborate, DocuSign, Bundledocs and SharePoint, helping to ensure proper governance and user support.
  • Support documentation and project delivery by creating and maintaining supporting documentation for systems and procedures and assisting with Knowledge Management and legal tech related projects.
Key Requirements/AttributesEssential Requirements:
  • Previous document automation experience, preferably using Contract Express.
  • Experience working in or with legal teams (law firm or in-house legal department.)
  • Strong understanding of legal technology operations and system administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and work with multiple platforms simultaneously.
