You will be in an environment of moulding machines that are all processor-controlled and range in clamp size from 25 to 110 tonnes, with the ability to mould components weighing just fractions of a gram up to 230 grams.Your primary responsibilities will be manufacturing and modifying tools in a modern, well-equipped toolroom.The responsibilities:
Use of manual milling machines, lathes, cylindrical grinders, manual and CNC spark eroders
Manufacture and fitting of new injection mould tools
Using hand tools such as files, hacksaws and grinders
The person:
Experience in general toolmaking, milling, grinding and fitting
