12 Month Maternity Cover (FTC or Secondment)This senior role comes with high expectations and influence in order to deliver ambitious category strategies and category plans that anticipate as well as respond to external challenges. You will be key in driving benefits and revenue generation activity both regionally and nationally and in attracting new customers.You will need to have expert technical workforce and/or HR procurement experience and deep category management skills. In addition to proven commercial acumen the role requires significant leadership experience across multi-disciplinary stakeholders, with particular emphasis on NHS Workforce managers.You will be leading and supporting a dedicated team of workforce experts.Main duties of the jobA key part of this role is implementing the NHS LPP vision & strategy, approved by the NHS LPP Steering Board, and in delivering the aspiration of the Board to become a world- class procurement partner of choice for the NHS and the wider public sector.
