You'll work closely with data, performance, UX, creative, and tech stakeholders to identify opportunities, build test hypotheses, and implement changes that improve conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.What You'll Be Doing
- Lead CRO strategy and delivery across multiple websites and digital products.
- Design and implement testing programmes using platforms like VWO, A/B Tasty, or Mida.
- Conduct in-depth behavioural analysis using GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, SessionCam, or similar.
- Plan and run quantitative and qualitative research including journey audits, surveys, and user testing.
- Identify user experience friction points and recommend data-backed improvements.
- Translate research findings into wireframes, user flows, and annotated mockups using tools like Figma, InVision, or Adobe XD.
- Present insights and CRO roadmaps to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Maintain performance dashboards and clearly communicate testing results, impact, and confidence intervals.
- Stay up to date with CRO trends, UX psychology, and testing technologies.
- Use front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to implement or support test deployments.
- Proven track record in designing and running CRO programmes across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of user behaviour, conversion theory, and user-centred design.
- Excellent working knowledge of tools such as GA4, Hotjar, Looker Studio, VWO, Clarity, and Tag Manager.
- Skilled in using prioritisation frameworks like ICE and PXL to structure test plans.
- Confident communicator with the ability to present technical insights in a simple, business-friendly way.
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working across disciplines and challenging assumptions.
- Hands-on technical capabilities with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience using version control tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with agile workflows and sprint-based delivery.
- Experience with customer journey mapping and service design.
- Exposure to front-end frameworks (e.g. React, Vue.js, Angular).
- Understanding of technical SEO and performance optimisation (page speed, lazy loading, etc.).
- Involvement in new business pitches or presenting CRO insights in commercial settings.
