What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Assisting clients with their property lettings requirements
  • Conducting viewings and negotiating lettings deals
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining and growing relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing enquiries via phone and email
  • Supporting the lettings process from enquiry to move-in
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of customer service and client care
  • Confident, well-presented, and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of the Eastbourne area is a plus
  • Full UK Driving License is essential
  • Previous lettings or estate agency experience preferred but not essential
