For more information, please visit .Position Summary:The Project Manager manages and co-ordinates across all technical and service aspects of a Commercial and Clinical project. This will range from initial discussions with clients, development of the project requirements, documentation aspects of setting up the project and management of all project related activities through to study completion.Key Responsibilities:Commercial CustomersManages the overall Client relationship, including maintaining and reporting of KPI’s, leading and overseeing the cadence of calls and meetingsEnsures the on time delivery of all commercial PO’s & batches including
  • Scheduling with planner and maintaining project plan
  • Ordering of components
  • Shipping of samples
Facilitates the introduction of new markets, leading all aspects of the implementation and integration processes, Including
  • Create and maintain project plan
  • Raising change control
  • Ensuring BOM and artwork is in place for receipt of new PO
  • Liaise with procurement over components required to be ordered
Managing, tracking and overseeing end to end Tech transfer process
  • Build and maintain project plan. Managing key milestones in the tech transfer process (URS, DQ, IQ/OQ, PQ, PV)
  • Work with Engineering, Technical support and quality to ensure all steps are on track
  • Liaise with the client to advise of progress and ensure we are receiving all required documents​
  • Guaranteeing the availability of Bill of Materials (BOM) and artwork upon receipt of new purchase orders (PO).
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to coordinate the ordering of vital components.
  • Interacts with Quality Assurance/Regulatory personnel to drive Problem Reports to closure.
Liaise with finance and ensure any Change of scopes are raised with Business management Collaborates closely with Senior Business Managers and Senior Business Development to achieve overall customer satisfaction.Clinical CustomersCoordinates the execution of all technical and service-related facets of projects and studies for clients.Determines the preliminary design of the study and evaluates and understands the study.Ensures customer needs are properly translated into quotation, and has responsibility to monitor and amend the quote and budget as required.Responsible for revenue recognition for projects and verifies final production information for Accounting Department prior to invoices release.Serves as the internal link within the company and will have direct contact with all internal departments and direct one on one contact with external customers.Participates in cross-functional business process improvement activities as required!Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Requires understanding and proficient use of SOPs required by company Quality standards.
  • Requires excellent organizational, planning, verbal, written and numerical skills with the ability to analyze and define solutions and manage multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines.
  • Needs to be a compelling and proficient communicator, capable of presenting information effectively and addressing inquiries from both managerial groups and clients.
  • Requires ability to develop strong customer management skills; proactively anticipates, understands, and responds to the needs of clients to meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Requires knowledge of all internal systems associated with projects (i.e. Salesforce, GPMS, Trackwise).
Experience required of/in:
  • Requires accredited college, university or recognized professional degree, preferably in a health-related field.
  • Experience in clinical trial project management as a Project Manager or Associate Project Manager.
  • Requires in depth understanding of clinical trials.
  • Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to include strong relationship building.
  • Requires proficiency in personal computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
  • Requires proven experience with customers in a multifaceted environment.
  • Requires excellent communication, organizational skills and project co-ordination skills.
