• Provide individualised support to a student, focusing on their specific learning needs and well-being.
• Assist the student with their academic work, providing tailored support and guidance.
• Create a positive and encouraging learning environment for the student.
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure the student's progress and well-being.
• Contribute to the overall classroom atmosphere and learning activities.
• Maintain accurate records of the student's progress and any relevant observations.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
• Adhere to school policies and procedures.

• You have previous experience working with children.
• You possess a positive and patient attitude.
• You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are passionate about supporting children's learning and well-being.
• You are a proactive and reliable individual.
• You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
• You have a relevant educational qualification (e.g., teaching assistant qualification or equivalent).
