- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience supporting children with Autism, ideally in a specialist setting
- Familiarity with the EQUALS curriculum (desirable)
- Understanding of non-linear assessment frameworks (SCERTS, Routes for Learning)
- A deep commitment for inclusive education and supporting neurodivergent learners
