- Shaping the UK investor client growth plan with the business
- Aligning client growth plans across the EMEA and UK Capital Markets teams
- Ensuring growth of One JLL Programme clients, including some Client Relationship Management (CRM) responsibilities.
- Partnering with the EMEA and UK heads of Capital Markets to identify growth potential, building go-to-market structure and governance to capitalize on the opportunity e.g. Private Equity.
- Connecting with global teams to maximise UK revenue potential where relevant.
- Influencing leaders to drive change, transformation and growth, including presenting at relevant senior leadership and board meetings.
- Broaden the investor growth potential beyond Capital Markets, particularly for One JLL Programme clients by working closely with the REMS Client Relationship Director and the Leasing Advisory Client Relationship Manager.
- Proactive use of data to inform decisions and drive change and improvements, helping the business to engage with data in a meaningful way.
- Partnering with Relationship Leads to develop and execute account growth plans on nominated clients focused on profitable growth for Capital Markets and additional business lines.
- Be across client and business information to ensure we understand client priorities and requirements, using this to inform client teams and evolving relevant account plans, leading with a One JLL perspective to identify innovative solutions.
- Regular review of account strategies through core team meetings and client QBRs where relevant, identifying opportunities and evolving the account plan, and linking back to the overarching investor growth plans.
- Proactively manage client feedback deliverables using the insights to drive change within the relationship.
- Partner with JBS to identify efficiencies to support you and the team in driving account management best practice across One JLL Programme clients.
