- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards, ensuring compliance.
- Supervise on-site teams and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and review contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Identify and address any project risks or issues promptly.
- Regularly report on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on all sites.
- Proven experience in managing construction projects within the property industry.
- A strong understanding of contract management and project delivery processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with clients.
- Competence in handling budgets, schedules, and quality control.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction sector.
- A relevant qualification in construction management or a related field.
- Competitive salary of approximately £45,000 to £55,000 per annum.
