- Hours: Full-time, 8:30am - 4:00pm
- Pay: £2080-£2100 per month
- Start Date: ASAP
- Support children's learning across the curriculum, using strategies that encourage engagement, motivation and independence.
- Provide targeted support for children with additional needs, liaising with the SENCo, Speech and Language Therapist, and other professionals as required.
- Promote inclusion and respect for all, celebrating the diverse backgrounds and abilities of every pupil.
- Use play, conversation, and structured interventions to support language development, literacy, numeracy, and personal growth.
- Monitor and record pupil progress, feeding back regularly to class teachers.
- Provide feedback on pupil progress and behaviour.
- Supervise and lead both indoor and outdoor activities that support children's holistic development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, supporting strong home-school partnerships.
- Maintain high standards of organisation, safety, and care within the classroom and wider school.
- Contribute positively to the wider school environment and ethos.
- A calm, reliable, and professional approach to working with children and staff.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding, inclusive practice, and behaviour management.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with the National Curriculum and/or Early Years Framework is desirable.
