- Act as the first point of contact on the front desk, welcoming visitors and onboarding new users with tours and introductions
- Support day-to-day operations, including checking equipment, replenishing supplies, and serving drinks
- Deliver a curated and engaging front-of-house experience, aligned to the role of a host rather than a traditional corporate receptionist
- Assist with running events and supporting wider community activities on-site
- Use initiative to resolve issues quickly and provide first-line support for all queries
- Maintain a proactive interest in climate, nature, and sustainability themes relevant to the workplace
- Contribute to social media activity (e.g. LinkedIn posts) to support community engagement and events
- Proven experience in a front-of-house, co-working, or similar customer-facing role
- Highly independent, proactive, and able to manage tasks and projects to timely completion
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with high social intelligence
- Professional, accountable, and self-aware, with a positive and engaging approach
- Passionate about entrepreneurship, community building, and creating great customer experiences
- Competent in basic IT systems, including Microsoft Office
