Senior children's residential support workerLocations: TottonSalary:£32,000kShifts: Days, 15 hour shifts, 45 hours per weekRequirements:
  • Must hold a level 3 NVQ
  • Be open to completing a level NVQ level 5
  • Must be a driver
The role:
  • As a Senior you will be managing a team of support workers as well as setting up and running shifts so experience in this 4bed Childrens EBD home
  • 24-hour care facility with supported living accommodation for Children with Traumas, mental health disorders, and/or challenging behaviour .
  • You will assist residents in integrating within the local community with daily outings, to encourage social integration and develop self-reliance skills.
