- Generating and winning new business opportunities
- Conducting viewings and securing property sales
- Meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets
- Providing exceptional client service at every stage
- Maintaining accurate records and handling negotiations
- Spotting opportunities and closing deals efficiently
- Experience in residential property sales (preferred but not essential)
- Proven sales ability and a proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and telephone manner
- High level of customer service and professionalism
- Knowledge of Surbiton and surrounding areas (advantageous)
- Full UK Driving Licence and own car (essential)
- Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated individuals
