- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including document preparation and filing.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements for team members.
- Handle incoming communications and direct them to the appropriate contacts.
- Coordinate team activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external use.
- Support the on boarding process for new team members by organising relevant materials.
- Provide ad hoc support to other departments within the secretarial and business support function.
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within professional services.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to handling tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
